Community Memorial Hospital Volunteers will print and deliver your personalized
E-Greeting directly to the patient’s room.

E-Greetings are delivered between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. E-Greetings received after 3 p.m. will be delivered the next delivery day. 

E-Greetings may only be delivered to patients listed in the hospital directory in order to protect the confidentiality of our patients

E-Greetings cannot be delivered to patients coming into the hospital for same-day surgery, outpatient services or clinic visits.

E-Greetings sent to patients that have been discharged will be discarded.

E-Greetings are printed and read by Community Memorial Hospital Staff to ensure appropriateness of content. Community Memorial Hospital reserves the right to refuse delivery of any E-Greeting that it determines is inappropriate, for any reason. Community Memorial Hospital shall not be liable to you or anyone else for damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities related to the content contained in your patient E-Greeting.
