In order to continue our mission, it is essential that payment be received for services provided.
Our patient accounts personnel are committed to submitting claims to insurance companies according to our billing guidelines. In order for us to do so this efficiently, it is important for the patient or guarantor to present accurate and complete insurance information at the time of registration.
By working together, we can minimize billing costs as well as any misunderstandings that could possibly be costly to you, the patient. We ask for your assistance in paying deductibles, co-pays, co-insurances, and non-covered charges at the time of service.

Any calls related to your insurance provider or Medicaid will be directed to the proper account representatives (see above).
Community Hospital of Staunton Patient Account Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Offices are located at the North End of the building.
In addition to the above office hours, payments may also be dropped off at the Admitting office until 11:00 p.m.
