Friends of CHS Foundation Golf Tournament Event
Please join us on Friday, October 2, 2026, at the Timber Lakes Golf Course in Staunton, Illinois, for the Community Hospital of Staunton Foundation’s 33rd Annual Golf Tournament.
Registration to participate is due by September 25, and all sponsor payments are due by September 14. Register to participate or sponsor by downloading our form.
Participant Information
The entry fee for the golf tournament is $500 for a team of four, or $125 per individual. This fee covers skins and mulligans.
This tournament will feature:
- 18 Holes of Golf with a Cart
- 4-Person Scramble with Flights Based on Teams Registered
- On-Course Lunch
- 2 Drink Tickets per Golfer
- Cash Prizes Awarded in all Flights
- Longest Drive
- Closest to the Pin
- 50/50
- Putting Contest

Our sponsorship levels include:
- Gold Sponsorship — $1,500
Includes a team, executive hold sponsor, and clubhouse signage. - Food Carts (2) — $500
- Margarita Hut— $500
- Beverage Cart (2) — $500
- Putting Contest Sponsor — $500
- Exclusive Hole Sponsor — $500
- Joint Hole Sponsorship — $100
